Product Warranty
All products sold by Bioclone Inc are warranted to meet the performance in the manner described
in our product literature when used under normal conditions in your laboratory. The customers must determine
the suitability of the product in accordance with the insert shipped. Bioclone Inc reserves the right to change,
alter, or modify any product specifications without prior notification. If any products fail to perform as
warranted, please notify us and we will promptly replace it at no additional charge, or fully credit for the original
purchase price. All the products listed in this web site are sold for research use only.
Price Terms and Conditions
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and do not include insurance, shipping and handling charges. Payment terms
are net 30 days after date of invoice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Bioclone Inc is
required to collect sales tax. If our products are purchased by a tax exempt organization, we need a copy
of your Tax Exemption Certificate for our records. Bioclone Inc. is not bound by any other terms or
conditions that have not been expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized officer of Bioclone Inc. All
terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping and Handling
All shipments are sent from San Diego, CA. Shipping and handling costs are prepaid by Bioclone Inc
and added to the customers’ invoice. Bioclone reserves the right to choose the packaging and shipping
method. Any damage during shipment is covered by the warranty provided in these terms and conditions.
Return Policy
If a shipment is damaged or incomplete, please notify Bioclone Inc within ten business days of receipt.
We will not issue any credit for products return without prior authorization from Bioclone Inc. If product
return is caused by Bioclone Inc error, we will either ship a replacement order at no charge, or credit the
customer's account for the original product shipped in error. If products return is caused by buyer error, we
will charge a 15% restocking fee to all products returned. In order to obtain authorization for products
return, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Submissions of Information
Any communications or materials that you submit to our site, by electronic mail or other means will be
treated as non-confidential and non proprietary information. Bioclone Inc. reserves the rights to use such
communications or materials for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, reproduction,
disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and further posting.
