serves as a cell-to-substrate adhesion molecule. Inhibitor of the membrane-

damaging effect of the terminal cytolytic complement pathway.; FUNCTION:

Somatomedin-B is a growth hormone-dependent serum factor with protease-

inhibiting activity.
