FUNCTION: Endoglycosidase which is a cell surface and extracellular

matrix-degrading enzyme. Cleaves heparan sulfate proteoglycans (HSPGs)

into heparan sulfate side chains and core proteoglycans. Also implicated in

the extravasation of leukocytes and tumor cell lines. Contributes to

metastasis and angiogenesis (By similarity).
