clonidine > epinephrine > norepinephrine > phenylephrine > dopamine > p-

synephrine > p-tyramine > serotonin = p-octopamine. For antagonists, the

rank order is yohimbine > phentolamine = mianserine > chlorpromazine =

spiperone = prazosin > propanolol > alprenolol = pindolol.
